Make sure you are signed into the same Apple ID or Google account used for the purchase. If your app includes Restore Purchases, use that option. If access is still missing, contact support with the app name and platform.

Most Abair apps are built around a specific language course. To learn another language, open or install the corresponding Abair language app. Where available, the interface language can be changed separately in Settings.

If your version includes a Reset Progress or Delete Local Data option, use it from Settings. You can also clear the app's local storage on Android or delete and reinstall the app on iPhone. Resetting local progress may be permanent.

Abair does not currently use a central learner account for syncing progress between devices. Learning progress is generally stored locally. Eligible purchases may still be restored using the same Apple or Google store account.

Courses are structured progressively. If your version provides a level or section selector, you can use it to move to another part of the course. Otherwise, continue through the lessons in their displayed order.

Most learning information is stored locally on your device. You can reset local data from the app where supported, clear the application's storage, or delete the app. For more information, see our Data Deletion page.

Subscriptions are managed by the store where you subscribed. On iPhone or iPad, manage the subscription through your Apple Account. On Android, open Google Play, then Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.

Refunds are normally handled by Apple or Google, depending on where the purchase was made. Submit the refund request through the purchase history or support system of the relevant app store.
